Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns or exchanges within 30 days

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement, as requested.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are charged at standard shipping rates based on your location.

If your return is approved, we will send you a payment basket to complete return shipping costs. Once payment is received, we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Duties, taxes, and refused deliveries

Where applicable, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Orders refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes are not eligible for a refund, unless the order was cancelled in accordance with statutory consumer rights prior to dispatch.

Orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis. All applicable duties and taxes for US orders are included in the purchase price.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

This right does not apply to orders refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, where this information was clearly provided at checkout and in our shipping policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Refunds do not include original shipping charges, return shipping costs, or any duties or taxes incurred where applicable.

Refused deliveries returned to us by the carrier are treated as non-returned goods for refund purposes.
