Shipping policy

All items are shipped from the UK.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. UK and EU orders are sent via Royal Mail. International orders are sent via DHL Express Worldwide with full tracking.

We currently ship to the following destinations:

United Kingdom
United States and Canada
European Union: France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden
Switzerland
Hong Kong SAR, Japan

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation.

Where applicable, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Any orders refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes will not be eligible for a refund.

Orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis. All applicable duties and taxes are included in the purchase price.

Important information

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a basket to complete payment for return shipping costs, subsequently we will send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
